How much does your service cost? What does it include?
The session rate is currently $100/session however your INTAKE documents will have the most up-to-date pricing. This price includes small parent/student contact via phone/text, resources given or sent to students, and small amounts of homework/tutoring support via text outside of sessions.
How involved in the process should parents be?
Elements appreciates that parents are excited about the starting this process and want to do as much as they can to assist with learning. The two biggest areas that parents can support with are:

Being loving moms and dads
As parents but also having experienced many of the same triumphs and struggles as your child, you have much to offer in terms of advice, but please understand that your role as a loving parent delivers a mountain of emotion with any piece of academic advice you give. Your child will not hear the words you say, only the failure in their own ability to be independent and make you proud of them. Be moms and dads, and leave the academic mastery to us, for now.
Updates or extended phone calls to update parents about progress are billed at the normal session rate.
When do session's run? Are they during school hours or afterward?
Session availability is based completely on the specific coach you are paired with and the days of the week they have sessions with clients, but generally, sessions are held after school between 2-10 pm on weekdays and 9-5 on weekends.
When can we get started?
After the first phone call, you will be paired up with a coach who will run the catalyst INTAKE session with you. Based on that coach's availability, first sessions could be very soon afterward. However, please be respectful of our coach's time, as some have as many as 60 clients a week and may take time to make room in their busy schedules. Thank you for your patience!
How does billing work?
An invoice will be sent out by our office manager at the end of each month for that month's sessions. Payment can be made by cheque or e-transfer via email. We appreciate your timely payment. Thank you!
